Shaker Kitchen Cabinet

This Kitchen Step-back Cabinet is my latest piece. It is build of sapwood hard maple and the top of the step-back is curly maple. The top and bottom doors have traditional hinges (satin nickel ball tips) and adjustable shelves inside. The middle doors house a microwave. These doors have "flipper hinges" that allow the doors to be slid back into the cabinet out of the way. The top is dovtailed to the sides for strength and added detail. The knobs are ebonized cherry.
